Those early years, 2002 to 2007, were some of the hottest real estate periods in history. During that time Joseph found himself on the Treasure Coast of Florida selling homes before focusing solely on the lending side of the transaction. "Although I was still serving my investors, I found myself shifting from a mindset of 'does this make financial sense, Mr. Commercial Property Owner' to a greater, more holistic mindset that made room for the client, their family, and their everyday future."
